Once you've placed your order, you'll receive a confirmation email. Simply reply to that email with your chosen reference photo for the portrait. You’ll receive a proof within 48 hours to review and request any edits before printing.
Please note this is for a digital pet portrait only. Once completed and signed off, you will receive your digital pet portrait via Email as a JPEG, PNG and print-ready PDF file.
