Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and send out a replacement.
Refunds
Once I have started creating the portrait no refunds can be issued. You will be sent a digital proof of your portrait before dispatch, so if you are unhappy with the outcome, we will work together to amend any areas you are unhappy with.
No refunds are accepted under any circumstances.
