Commission a Pet Portrait

How it works

  • ORDER 🛒

    Order your chosen Pet Portrait product. You have the choice of a single or joint portrait. (maximum of 4 pets per portrait) in two different sizes.

  • SEND 📸

    Reply to your order confirmation email with your chosen reference pet photo(s). Remember to send the best you have!

  • DRAW ✏️

    I'll draw your pet and send you a draft digital copy to sign-off! Once you're happy with the portrait it will be sent to you fully tracked!

FAQ'S

What’s my technique?

I draw my illustrations by hand, digitally on the iPad pro, using pencil brushes for a hand-drawn texture.

Where do you ship?

All items are sent first class tracked and signed, securely packaged, all over the world! UK delivery can be expected within 2 days, and everywhere else 7-10!

Please check the location selector at the top or footer of my site for the list of countries I ship to.

Unfortunately, I no longer ship to the EU or NI, but hope to change this soon.

International Shipping: Customs, Import Duties & Tax

I am based and shipping from the UK. 

Please note, for international orders outside of the UK further customs/import duties and taxes MAY BE required. You must cover these fees to receive your order.

Goods valued below $800 ARE NOT subject to duty. 

How long will I have to wait for my portrait?

My lead time is updated regularly on product pages and is currently 2-4 weeks from your order date, but this is subject to change depending on demand. If your order is time sensitive please let me know in advance.

What will my portrait be printed on?

Heavy Matt 290gsm - A beautiful thick, SMOOTH card, with high colour saturation in a matt finish.

How can I send my pet photos?

After purchase, I'll be in touch and you can reply to your order confirmation email with your chosen photos.

Will I get to see my portrait before you print?

Yes, Absolutely! When I'm finished I'll send you a digital copy via email to check you are happy.
